These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, transactions, and interactions between Emperor Arena Global Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our customers (“you”, “customer”).
By purchasing goods from us, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of Business: Supply of building materials including cement, POP materials, paints, doors, roofing sheets, tiles, plumbing fittings, furniture accessories, and related products.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
- All products are sold subject to availability.
- Product descriptions, specifications, and prices may be updated without prior notice.
- Colours, designs, and finishes (especially for tiles, doors, and paints) may vary slightly from images or samples shown.
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- All prices are stated in Naira (₦) unless otherwise indicated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is not confirmed.
5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
- Orders may be placed in-store, via phone, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
- Customers are responsible for confirming quantities, specifications, and measurements before payment.
- Once an order is confirmed and paid for, changes may not be accepted.
6. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
- Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery or pickup and report any issues promptly.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Certain items (including cement, paints, roofing sheets, tiles, clearance items, and special orders) are non-returnable, except where required by law.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring correct product selection
- Proper handling, storage, and installation of goods
- Using qualified professionals for installation where required
We shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse, improper installation, or poor handling after purchase.
9. WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
- We do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated.
- Emperor Arena Global Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or project delays.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
10. CLEARANCE & PROMOTIONAL SALES
- Items sold under clearance, discount, or promotional sales are sold “as is”.
- Such items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with our business, including logos, branding, product listings, and marketing materials, remains the property of Emperor Arena Global Ventures and may not be used without permission.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply disruptions, strikes, or government actions.
13. TERMINATION OF TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel transactions
- Terminate business relationships
Where we reasonably believe fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms has occurred.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
15. AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms at any time.
The most current version shall apply to all transactions.
