RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
At Emperor Arena Global Ventures, we are committed to supplying quality building materials and accessories. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which goods purchased from us may be returned or refunded.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns may be considered under the following conditions:
- The item supplied is damaged at the point of delivery or collection
- The item supplied is incorrect (not what was ordered)
- The item has a manufacturing defect, where applicable
- All return requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:
- Cement, POP cement, black cement, fillers, or similar products once opened or used
- Paints, screeding paints, or coatings once opened, tinted, or used
- Roofing sheets once cut, installed, or altered
- Tiles once installed or removed from original packaging
- Special-order or clearance-sale items
- Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
4. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Original packaging must be intact
- Items must pass physical inspection by our staff
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
5. REFUND OPTIONS
Where a return is approved, customers may receive:
- Replacement of the item, or
- Store credit, or
- Refund, at the discretion of management
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original method of payment or as otherwise agreed.
6. TRANSPORTATION & HANDLING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for transportation costs for returns unless the return is due to our error.
- Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
7. INSPECTION & APPROVAL PROCESS
All returned items are subject to inspection.
Approval or rejection of a return or refund will be communicated within a reasonable time after inspection.
8. DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY
Customers are advised to inspect goods immediately upon delivery or collection.
Any visible damage must be reported at the point of delivery or within 24 hours.
Failure to report within this timeframe may invalidate the claim.
9. NO CASH REFUNDS POLICY
Unless otherwise approved by management or required by law:
- Cash refunds are not guaranteed
- Refunds may be issued as store credit or replacement items
10. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION
Emperor Arena Global Ventures reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject return and refund requests
- Amend this policy at any time without prior notice
- Make final decisions in line with fair trade practices and business realities
